  2. Select your top three in order of preference (1 = first choice, 2 = second choice, 3 = third choice).

  3. Complete all required contact fields on the form.

  4. Submit the form. Your entry is only valid once the form is submitted.

Scott Moore Photography — Mat Pack Competition Rules

Organiser

  • The competition is organised by Scott Moore Photography (ABN 32 153 011 609).

Eligibility

  • Open to anyone from any country aged 18 years and over, except employees of Scott Moore Photography, their immediate family members, and any agencies or persons professionally associated with the promotion or administration of the competition.

  • By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these rules.

Entry Period

  • The competition opens at 06:00 AEST on 11th July, and closes at 23:59 AEST on 31st July 2026, unless otherwise stated in the promotional material.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

  • Entry is free.

  • Entrants must select 3 photographs via the specified photos method t (e.g. online form).

  • Each entry must include the entrant’s full name, email address, and any other information requested at submission.

Number of Entries

  • Each person may submit up to three (3) distinct entries for this competition.

  • The same photograph cannot be submitted more than once in the same month.

  • Photographs previously selected for past Scott Moore Photography Mat Pack competitions entries, may not be re-selected.

Judging and Winners

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Random draws will be conducted at the start of August following the close of the entry period.

  • The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the competition close and winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner in their place.

Prizes

  • Monthly prize: A Mat Pack as detailed in the competition announcement valued at $99.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

  • The organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or other charges associated with prize acceptance.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected for the purpose of the competition will be used by Scott Moore Photography to administer the competition and to contact winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the organiser’s privacy policy.

Liability and Indemnity

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted or incomplete entries, or for any technical problems that may affect the entry process.

  • Entrants indemnify the organiser against any claim, demand or action arising from the entrant’s breach of these rules or the entrant’s act or omission in relation to the competition.

General

  • The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in breach of these rules or in a disruptive manner.

  • The organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the competition (including extending or shortening the entry period) where it becomes
